I am a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist, Iridologist and Fitness professional. Having worked in the Fitness Industry for the past 18 years and the natural Therapy Industry for the past 8 years, I have a great passion for helping and educating people from different walks of life on the benefits of living a healthy life incorporating diet, exercise and, in some cases, nutritional supplements to help individuals reach their optimum health potential and goals.
I am a wife and mother of 2 young children and greatly value the importance of creating healthy eating habits and fit environments for kids and families.
I have followed a vegetarian diet for over 20 years, and have a positive and supportive approach to vegetarian and vegan diets, and yet a respectful and helpful approach to other diets which include meat.
